Terahertz as the electromagnetic spectrum in urgent need to study the new band,by the international academic community of great concern.In the field of terahertz how to control terahertz wave is an important research direction,for terahertz amplitude,phase control in recent years has made a breakthrough,but for terahertz wave polarization regulation,such as polarization conversion and other issues recently A few years have been concerned about.Polarization conversion devices are an important part of terahertz applications,and are of great value for the development of terahertz radar,spectral imaging,terahertz communication systems.Based on this background,the artificial microstructure of the terahertz polarization conversion device for a detailed study:The working mechanism of terahertz polarized devices with different structures is analyzed in detail.The physical mechanism of the polarization conversion efficiency of sililar F-P resonances and microstructures is discussed.The effects of different surface structures on the polarization conversion of terahertz waves are analyzed.The double-layer structure of SRR ring and nested rectangular ring is proposed,which simplifies the processing technology of terahertz polarizer and improves the polarization conversion efficiency.We study the terahertz polarization conversion device with double layer and three structure,and find out the frequency selection effect of the microstructure in the polarization transformation and the selective effect on the polarization direction of the incident wave by the electromagnetic mode distribution and surface current analysis.The resonance phenomenon of the terahertz wave between the surface of the microstructure and the surface of the grating is analyzed in detail by the polarization theory of the terahertz wave and the polarization of the terahertz wave.Through the research,a twolayer structure device with linear terahertz wave polarization conversion efficiency greater than 85% was obtained.The device was processed by micro-nanometer processing technology,and the related test system was built.The experimental results show that the conversion efficiency is between 0.25 THz and 0.6THz,and the experimental results are good,which verifies the feasibility of the polarization transformation phenomenon studied in this paper.The physical mechanism of the control of the terahertz wave polarization is analyzed and the dynamic terahertz wave is formed on the double-layer polarization transformation structure.Conversion device.The results show that the photocatalytic carrier can be reconstructed by optically excited photons in the semiconductor,so that the polarization transformation process can be controlled.When the light is applied,the polarization conversion effect is formed inside the device.The transmission of the terahertz wave without polarization...
