Based on the floating wave power generation platform,which has a successful sea trial.The main task is to simulate and optimize the floating wave power acquisition device by using water dynamics analysis software AQWA,to build a small prototype in the wave-making pool for experimental optimization research,to explore the influence of the differences of the bow angles and the buoys mass to the wave energy acquisition efficiency,and also to design a variable mass buoy system and its control method of a floating wave power generation platform.The main contents include the following aspects:(1)Several float type WECs and their optimizations are briefly introduced and the existing problems in current optimization research are also pointed out.(2)Through the microwave theory and AQWA software on the floating wave power generation platform,received the efficiency of wave energy by comparing the different buoys spacing,display styles and buoy arms length.To analyze the efficiency of simulation model diagram between before and after optimization.The results show that,buoys spacing of 1 m is better than that of 0.25 m,it is better to put the buoys vertically than horizontally,buoy arms length staggered arrangement is better than that of all buoys arms length stay the same.(3)To build a small prototype in the wave-making pool for experimental optimization research.By the wave plate of the reciprocating movement,to simulate the actual wave.In the same wave conditions,experiments were carried out to obtain different power.To analyze the efficiency of simulation model diagram between before and after optimization.The results show that,it is better to put the buoys vertically than horizontally,buoy arms length staggered arrangement is better than that of all buoys arms length stay the same,the results accord with the numerical simulation experiment.(4)To explore the influence of the differences of the bow angles and the buoys mass to the wave energy acquisition efficiency.It was found that:a?Along the direction of the waves,the energy of each buoy decreases in turn,and the magnitude of the decrease is gradually increased.b?In the case of the platform and the situation,the buoy mass is lighter,the buoy energy will be higher.But also according to the actual situation to determine the specific mass.c?When the bow angle increases,the power increases.But the bow angle should not be too large,will affect the platform to find the direction of the waves.(5)A variable mass buoy system and its control method of a floating wave power generation platform is designed,which realizes the new application of quality variable technology in wave energy generating device,and increases the utilization rate of wave energy.
