In the design of complex devices in some working environments,such as the work of many devices on the spacecraft,due to its poor working environment,more uncertain factors,the probability of failure of the device with a substantial increase,so the device simulation design,It is necessary to take into account many factors,it is in this case,multi-physics co-simulation design came into being,multi-physics field mainly refers to the electromagnetic environment,mechanical environment and thermal environment three factors,the industry also Not a more mature multi-physics simulation software.Based on the domestic demand for the independent research and development of multi-physics software,the research direction of this paper is to build the mechanical simulation environment.Due to the wide range of mechanics analysis,the branch is more and the mutual penetration,the paper chooses the static analysis of the three-dimensional model as the research,The finite element method is simple and can deal with any model.It has become a universal numerical method to solve the partial differential equation.It has been widely used in various engineering fields and industrial fields.Compared with other numerical algorithms,Finite element method has obvious advantages.In this paper,based on the basic theory of elastic mechanics,combined with finite element method,two kinds of basis functions and object-oriented programming are used to statistically analyze any three-dimensional structure,and the deformation distribution cloud image is obtained under the specific static environment.The results are compared with the results of the successful commercial software simulation in foreign countries,and the corresponding error analysis is made to form a static three-dimensional model of the static analysis solver.The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects:In this paper,based on the basic theory of elastic mechanics,combined with the finite element method,the static analysis of any three-dimensional structure is carried out to obtain the deformation distribution cloud diagram in the specific static environment,and the results of the analysis with the successful commercial software The results were compared to make the corresponding error analysis and eventually form a mature three-dimensional model of the static analysis module.The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects:1.To study the development status and development prospect of elastic mechanics and finite element method at home and abroad,and to study the research progress of multi-physics software co-simulation design at home and abroad.Then,the basic principle of elastic mechanics and the basic principle of finite element method are studied.The basic formula of first-order basis function and second-order basis function is deduced,and the feasibility scheme for static analysis of three-dimensional space problem is proposed.2.This paper proposes a feasible code design scheme,which includes reasonable memory management,good scalability and portability,and the better.Time complexity and so on.3.For the case of the first-order basis function and the second-order basis function,the multi-group three-dimensional model is used to test,and the displacement map is drawn with visIt,and the simulation results are compared with ANSYS simulation results.The reason for its error.
