The mare basin are filled with a large number of mare basalt,which material composition information reveals moon thermal evolution and magma evolution history,and can be important basis for the development and utilization of the moon resources in the future.In addition,after a long time of mare basalt filling activities,the moon became stable with the weakened impact.So the tectonic features in mare can effectively reflect the outside dynamic evolution process.In this paper,we take two interconnected mare –Mare Serenitatis and Mare Tranquillitatis as the study area,then using CE-1,LRO,Clementine,moon sample date to analysis the differences about regional geology,structure characteristics and material composition.between the two mare.In order to to enrich the understanding of the regional geological evolution in this area.The main achievements and conclusions of this paper are as follows:?1?Establishing the annular,liner tectonic interpreting marks from remote sensing images and extracting 2002 annular tectonic,426 liner tectonic.we found that the crater diameter of this area is given priority to 5-20 km,basically produced in Eratosthenian and Copernican Period,but the crater density in Mare Tranquillitatis is greater than Mare Serenitatis,which suggests that the Mare Tranquillitatis formed earlier than Mare Serenitatis.Lineaments distribution of two basins differ greatly,it has no obvious regularity and mainly radiated distribute in the western of Mare Tranquillitatis,while concentric circles with Mare Serenitatis in the basin edge.Through the difference of topography and gravity between two mare basin,we inferred the uniqu characteristics of lineament in Mare Serenitatis is caused by mass concentration.?2?On the basis of predecessors' lunar mineral inversion,this paper establish the moon element,mineral inversion models which are suitable for Clementine spectrum date.Through analysis and comparison,it can be found that the content difference about Al2O3,pyroxene,plagioclase and olivine are small,average content is 11.7%,11.9%,2.7% and 17.8% respectively.While FeO and TiO2 in Mare Serenitatis is 16.34%,4.23%,in Mare Tranquillitatis is 18.07%,9.32%.It shows that the mare basalt become more rich of titanium and iron with it getting older.?3?Classifyig the mare basalt in Mare Serenitatis and Tranquillitatis as five class: very low titanium basalt,low titanium basalt,middle titanium basalt,high titanium basalt and very highly titanium.Mare Tranquillitatis is mainly filled by high and very highly titanium basalt?3.83.5Ga?while Mare Tranquillitatis is middle and low titanium basalt?3.53.0Ga?.By analysising the chemical and mineral component in different types of basalt,we found that pyroxene and olivine content increased gradually,but the content of plagioclase is gradually reduced with the basalt type from very high to very low titanium.?4?Speculating the evolution history of Mare Serenitatis and Tranquillitatis roughly: Mare Serenitatis and Tranquillitatis basins wee formed in 4.2 3.8 Ga—the west of Mare Tranquillitatis basin was filled by mare basalt in 3.83.7Ga—the east of Mare Tranquillitatis basin was filled by mare basalt around 3.6Ga—Mare Serenitatis was filled by mare basalt during3.53.0Ga—craters and the other structures appeard with the impact process.
