Distribution network is located in the center of power system load,which has the characteristics of large power and high load density,and it is indispensable to modern city energy supply system.What is more,it has very high requirements for the safety and quality of power supply,so the power supply enterprise must improve the ability of the lean management,and improve work efficiency,so as to shorten the blackout accident repair time,and continuously improve the ability of power grid equipment safe and reliable power supply.Because of the distribution and the distribution network of distribution network facilities and geographical space has the close relation,recent years,GIS technology is accepted typical application in the electric power industry and attention.When the power grid get wrong,we can use GIS technology to achieve following aspects: the network topology analysis and statistics,information query,flexible range of power and the fault device can quickly visual display,so then we can decide the best repair path;By the perfect network equipment and operation combining real-time data and geographic data,GIS attributes data realizes the visualization of information,and it enterprises operation management and safe operation of power grid level farthest.As a result,distribution network intelligent scheduling has became a research emphasis of electricity market.On the one hand,it is the steady development of power grid in order to adapt to the market economy environment,on the other hand,it is to meet the needs of the electric power enterprise power grid scheduling construction.Establishing emergency repair is accord with the actual situation of power supply bureau distribution network.GIS intelligent decision-making platform is the electric power enterprise production management and improve the competitiveness of demand,which has very important practical significance.In this paper,through the study of Hohhot electricity distribution network repair business,we can analyse traditional power distribution network in the process of repair,and design distribution network emergency command platform that based on the CIS,even set up the whole process of distribution to repair system.The establishment of platform involves the system development environment,the location of repair vehicle,the real-time monitoring,and other key technologies,Platform system uses ASP.NET development environment to choose the SQL Server2008 database.It uses the current widespread use of B/S mode Web page,at the same time,it uses GPS global positioning system(GPS)as breakdown van positioning and fact monitoring tools,and it uses GIS geographic information system to display the map of distribution network fault location and power equipment,etc.This article focus on the real time monitoring platform for distribution network repair intelligent decision-making and analysis module,scheduling plan module,scheduling management module,and the power distribution network fault GIS positioning research,design and implementation.Distribution network fault GIS positioning module contains breakdown van GPS positioning,and breakdown van which are two important modules,which because of following reasons :the shortest path management research using repair distribution network intelligent decision-making platform for distribution network fault type,fault analysis and intelligent dispatching help commanders efficient quickly determine the fault point,guide field emergency workers quickly locate fault and deal with failure,can greatly improve the efficiency of distribution network repair and shorten the fault processing time,thus improving customer satisfaction.
