Wulungu River metallogenic belt as an important part of the Central Asian metallogenic domain,has experienced tectonic evolution and intense tectonic plate movement,and its magmatic hydrothermal activities were strong,with good metallogenic prospects.The study about the polarimetric SAR remote sensing prospecting information of metallogenic belt in Qiakuertu is carried out,firstly the geological data is collected and the geological characteristics and shortage about the researchof study area are summarized;then the data of polarimetric SAR extracts the geological information in the region and geological radar image verification,and geological interpretation is established;finally geological mineral characteristics and information of radar remote sensing are analyzed to speculated the uranium mineralization process and metallogenic prospect area.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Radarsat-2 is selected as the research data through the analysis of SAR imaging principle and research,and the data processing flow include focusing process,multi look processing,enhanced polarization decomposition and noise reduction,radiation correction,geometric correction;the different methods of polarization decomposition and image enhancement processing of radar data are done,and the normalizated Freeman method are used for image processing,because the method effectively enhances the image texture features,and can clearly show the geological structure.(2)Based on the analysis of the facies boundary,fracture of the study area(including concealed faults and fracture zones),dikes and other geological features in SAR images and field verification,interpretation signs are established: on SAR images,the main facies boundary ridge,gully is somewhat similar,but the boundary image after two reflection became wide and zigzag,which is fine and clear;in the flat area,the dike has short strip bright and clear;the both sides of fracture usually generates a texture tone interruption fault outcrop mainly for the same scattering background band intensity changes,concealed fault performance that the discontinuous of the scattering intensity of different rock mass boundary in the fault section in and the discontinuous of the mountains or rivers.(3)According to the established interpretation,qiakuertu line ring structure distribution are summed up exactly: direction of linear structure in the area is relatively strong with mainly arc,NW trending linear structure is main,and near east and NE trending is relatively less;the ring structure is mainly related tectonic activity and magmatic hydrothermal.(4)Different objects of the scattering intensity in the study area have a texture of different colors to identify the faults,dikes,fracture zone and water system in the SAR image,provides a convenient channel for migration of uranium enrichment;combined with the characteristics of uranium anomaly distribution characteristic,the favorable metallogenic area is deduced: that are the study area of northeast Jiabosaer and northwest Zalate.
