In order to prepare copper-oxygen high-temperature superconducting materials with good structural properties and excellent magnetic levitation performance,further research conditions were created for its application.This paper mainly studied the preparation technology and performance measurement of materials.Firstly,in order to reduce the influence of the unevenness of the atmosphere field and the uneven temperature field on the sintering quality of the sample,the porous plate was designed and the structure of the sintering furnace was improved by software.Secondly,in order to study the magnetic levitation performance of the high temperature superconducting material,YBa2Cu3O7-?(YBCO)and bismuth(pb)strontium calcium and copper oxide(BPSCCO)were prepared by the optimized scheme.The performance of the samples was judged by comparison method.Finally,the magnetic levitation performance of the two materials with high quality and high performance was measured,and the factors affecting the magnetic levitation performance were analyzed.The experimental results are provided for how to select and improve the magnetic levitation force.This paper has reached the following conclusions:(1)In the process of material preparation,the gas field and temperature field distribution in the sintering furnace cavity directly affected the sintering quality of the material,and we have carefully and deeply analyzed the influencing factors.We start with theoretical research,using Solid Works software to simulate the calculation,and then designed and produced the porous plate with the two-layer perforated plate placed in the sintering furnace inlet,the experimental results show that the sintering furnace improved due to air flow and temperature distribution;The quality of the sintered superconducting sample is obviously improved,and the sintering quality of the three samples is the same as that of the furnace.The results have been patented.(2)On the basis of the preparation of YBCO superconducting polycrystalline block technology,the preparation scheme of different precursor solution was designed,and the film samples were prepared by a low fluoride-MOD optimization process.The results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),superconducting critical transition temperature(R-T)and critical current density(Jc)showed that the sintering temperature was controlled at 815?,The results show that some differences exist in the density and phase composition of the films with good field performance and high transition temperature,but the analysis and comparison provide the basis for the study of the magnetic levitation force.(3)The BPSCCO superconducting polycrystalline blocks were prepared by solid state reaction method.The factors such as lead doping amount,sintering temperature,and sintering time were significant.Therefore,under the same conditions,one can assess whether to prepare the lead-containing samples,compared to find the amount of lead doping can improve the magnetic levitation performance.Further comparison with a certain lead content,for the sintering temperature and time factors can be used to prepare a series of samples.The sintering temperature range is 820~880 and the sintering time is 12 h.? When the temperature is low,the sample does not realize the superconducting transition.At a temperature of 870?,the bottom of the sample will melt.The sintered temperature is controlled at 826~856?.When the temperature is lower than 836?,the material is not superconductively,2201 and 2212 phase and heterogeneous phase are increasingly present.The sample has high sintering temperature of 856?,with an extended sintering time to 40 h,2223 phase content is high,and high Tc phase is easy to form.(4)The magnetic levitation performance of YBCO film and BPSCCO superconducting block were measured respectively.For the YBCO sample,we use MATLAB software to simulate the magnetic field distribution of the magnetic block,measure the magnetic levitation force of the sample in the magnetic field,fit the data into a curve,and then intuittively reflect the sample of the magnetic levitation force in B,?B and B??B under the change speed;For BPSCCO samples,the fluctuation height exhibited in the liquid nitrogen temperature zone under certain magnetic field shows that the magnetic levitation performance is related to the volume shrinkage before and after sintering.When the volume shrinkage is the best,the magnetic levitation height is the highest.In summary,we improve the magnetic levitation performance of the superconducting samples by enhancing the magnetic properties of the superconducting materials,using the optimized process,improving the experimental parameters,maximizing the driving force,realizing the maglev performance of the superconducting materials,and providing the material basis for the application and preparation of technical support.
