In this thesis,I report two sample preparation processes.One is the fabrication of Josephson parametric amplifier.The other is that we used a new simple technique to obtain the Josephson Junction.In chapter 1,I give a introduction to the historical background of quantum com-putation,three major types of superconducting and Circuit quantum electrodynamic.In the summary part,I describe the problems may occur in the measurement process,which show the importance of parametric amplifiers.In chapter 2,I lay the theoretical groundworks for an understanding of Josephson parametric amplifier.I begin with the introduction of the Josephson effect,after that the components of the parametric amplifier are described in detail.I give the way to calculate the frequency of the resonant cavity and the coupling capacitance which are the key parameters in the design.In chapter 3,I mainly describe the fabrication process of Josephson parametric amplifier.At the end of this part,I show the experimental results which demonstrate the availability of parametric amplifiers.In the fourth chapter,I give the experimen-t process of fabricating the Josephson Junction and the experiment results of three-dimensional which is fabricated by our technique.In the last chapter,I make a conclusion of my thesis and give a prospect of the future work.
