As a kind of very important physical resource,quantum entanglement plays a key role in quantum information and quantum computation.One of the most important problem is how to detect and quantify the entanglement.By far people have proposed many of methods in quantifying entanglement.Concurrence is a very good entanglement measure.Gao et al have given the k-ME concurrence to measure multipartite entanglement,and provided its lower bound.It is a very important for the problem of entanglement in high-dimensional and multipartite system.Based on k-ME concurrence given by Gao et al,we calculate the entanglement of a class of Dicke states.In first part of this article,we introduce some useful background knowledge,such as quantum state,quantum entangled state,density operator and so on.In second part,we introduce the k-ME concurrence and the way to calculate.In last part,we calculate k-ME concurrence of a class of Dicke states.
