Since the 21st century,with the strengthening of our national strength and the progress of the field of civil technology,a large number of large-scale infrastructure projects began construction,these projects on the surface of the destruction is extremely serious,resulting in landslides and natural disasters were rising year by year trend.A large part of these landslides are landslides of small and medium-sized landslides.The conditions of this kind of landslide are very complicated.The casualties and property losses are large.The manpower and material resources are expensive.So far,the study of governance programs and program costs is not yet well developed,so it is necessary to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for the design of landslides.In recent years,the research on technical and economic evaluation has made rapid progress,but still can not meet the increasingly complex engineering needs.The reason for this is that the administrative regulatory system of the country and the requirements of the laws and regulations are lacking and the engineering sector is not enough to pay attention to it.However,it is more important to lack the basic theory to apply,easy to understand,and have good operability comprehensive evaluation model.Based on the unique characteristics of the landslide itself,this paper starts with the principle of principle of objective principle,scientific principle,feasibility principle,hierarchical principle,principle of unity and comprehensiveness,and principle of relative independence.From the four aspects of technical factors,economic factors,construction factors and natural environment,25 secondary indexes such as pile spacing,main machinery and equipment dosage and construction period were selected to establish a two-level technical and economic evaluation system.In order to make the evaluation results scientific and reasonable,with higher reliability,we should focus on improving the accuracy and scientificity of each index weight coefficient.This paper chooses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to judge the weight of each index and invites the expert judgment judgment matrix of the relevant industry to calculate the weight of each level index by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing subjective weighting method and the objective weighting method.At present,there are a large number of mature theoretical system for comprehensive evaluation of the program,such as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,gray system evaluation method,analytic hierarchy process and other methods are applicable to a wide range.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of mathematical theory is relatively simple,good operable,the judging factors and the level of more complex problems with excellent results.Based on the principle of objectivity,operability principle and validity principle,this paper chooses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the landslide design.Firstly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation vector is used to combine the "maximum membership criterion" with the "confidence criterion" in the attribute recognition link,so that the final conclusion can be determined at which level.At the end of the paper,the actual landslide design scheme is evaluated synthetically to test whether the results obtained by the model are consistent with the psychological expectation and whether it can be confirmed with the acceptance report of the actual project.
