This article used the sol-gelatin legal system to prepare on transformed the luminescent material to mix the 0-40mol%Gd3+ ion,3mol%Er3+ the ion Y2O3 white powdery solid state material,diffracted(XRD),SEM and this sample after X beam carries on the contrast determination sample the doping effect,and transformed the emission spectrum through in the emission spectrum as well as the temperature the empirical datum analysis.Obtained the XRD,SEM map shows that Gd3+,Er3+ has been very good in doping Y2O3.under the 980nm laser on transformed the emission spectrum,obtained in the chart according to the empirical datum to demonstrate 410nm the blue light launch peak,the 550nm wide band green photoemission peak and the 650nm wide band red launch peak,these three launch peak belonged to the Er3+ ion separately 2H9/2?4I15/2 the energy level leap,the Er3+ ion 2H11/2?4I15/2 and 4S3/2?4I13/2 the energy level jump also had the Er34+ ion 4F9/2?4I15/2 the energy level jump through the reorganization empirical datum to discover increased the emission spectrum along with the Gd3+ ion concentration also along with it enhancement when the Gd3+ion was 40mol%the sample presented launch peak intensity Strong,moreover may obtain the Gd3+ ion doping to be biggest to the blue color launch peak spectrum influence on transforms through the illumination changes the power computed result to indicate on the blue color light the transformation is three photon processes,the green and on the red transformation is two photon processes.Optics temperature sensor is most has the efficiency must to contact one of sensors,I studied according to the Er3+ ion hot coupling principle has similarly doped the Omol%Gd3+ion and40mol%Gd3+ under the 980nm laser the ion Y2O3:3mol%Er3+ion changes on warm in the 303K-483K temperature range transforms the emission spectrum,after and studied mixed has the density Gd3+ ion to Er3+ ion hot coupling energy level 2H11/2 and the 4S3/2 fluorescence strength ratio along with the temperature change dependent relations influence,the fitting finally obtains relative sensitivity SR,finally indicated the Gd3+ ion the density has not affected to the Y203:Er3+ ion hot coupling energy level,also this sample not suitably in was lower than under the 303K temperature to carry on the temperature sensing survey.
