For the development and application of bacterial resources,twenty-three strains were isolated from soil of Tianmen Mountain located in Hunan province,P.R.China.Most of them belong to Acinetobacter and Chryseobacterium.A gram-staining-negative,rod-shaped bacterium was identify to be a new species, designated WG4 T,16S rRNA gene sequence analysis showed that strain WG4 T has 97.4% and 97.1% sequence identities to Chryseobacterium anthropi NF 1366 T and Chryseobacterium haifense H38 T.The DNA-DNA relatedness values were 63.3% between C.anthropi and strain WG4 T and62.7% between C.haifense and strain WG4 T respectively,The strain growth occurs at4-42°C(optimum 37°C).The predominant fatty acids of strain WG4 T were iso-C15:0,anteiso-C15:0 and iso-C17:0 3-OH.The major menaquinone of strain WG4 T was menaquinone 6.The major polar lipids were phosphatidylethanolamine, three unidentified lipids and two unidentified aminolipids. The DNA G+C content of strain WG4 Twas 37.7mol%.Based on the low similarity of 16 S rRNA sequence, the result of DNA-DNA relatedness values and characteristic biochemical data(negative in gelatin hydrolysis and positive in acid production from cellobiose),strain WG4 T represents a novel species, for which the name Chryseobacterium montanum sp.nov.is proposedPaenibacillus ferrarius CY1 T is isolated from iron mineral soil.Strain CY1 T could produce H2 S,this feature play a role in tolerant multi-metal(loid)s bioremediation. This strain resistant to As(III),Sb(III),Cr(VI),Cd(II),Pb(II),Cu(II)and Mn(II).It produces H2 S generate precipitated CdS.It also reduces the toxic chromate [Cr(VI)] and selenite[Se(VI)].Thus,we performed the draft genome sequence and its annotation. The genome contains 75 contigs,8,260 coding sequences and 81 RNA.Strain CY1 T contains a complete SO42-reduction pathway,The S2-generated from SO42-reduction could react with Cd(II)to form the participated CdS.Meanwhile The genome of strain CY1 T have Se(IV)-reducing genes and Cr(VI)reductase. Some of these proteins may responsible for Se(IV)and Cr(VI)reduction in strain CY1 T.The genomic sequence of strain CY1 Tprovides basis for understanding molecular mechanisms of microbial redox transformations of metal(loids). It also provides a strain resource for control the heavy metal pollution. In addition to the above contents,I also participated antimony(Sb)oxidation mechanism of Agrobacterium tumefaciens, mainly related to the identification of antimony oxidase AnoA,including construction of protein expression system, purification of protein kinetic analysis and in frame gene knockout experiments.(Data not shown).
