The final state involves in the light tensor meson,the exclusive decays process of the B,Bs meson contains rich contents of physics,it's very important to understand the basic properties of the tensor mesons,the chirality structure of electroweak interactions and to look for possible new physics signals.The orbital angular momentum quantum number of tensor mesons is L?28?1,belongs to the p-wave meson.Compared with the pseudo-scalar meson,vector meson such S wave meson,people to research the process of involving the tensor mesons are relatively less.But in recent years,with the development of experimental technology,the experiment has found great deal of involving light tensor mesons on process and make the measurements about them,so it is necessary to do further research from the aspects of theory for this kind of process.Non perturbation contribution calculation in the exclusive decay has always been a difficulty in particle physics.Transition form factor is a important physical quantity to describe these non perturbed contribution,based on the heavy quarks within the framework of effective field theory?HQEFT?,light cone sum rules is used to calculate the B,Bs to light tensor meson's form factors and based on that we also studied the exclusive semileptonic decays.In this paper,at the theory part,we first review some basic theoretical framework of research used and calculation method,including the standard model of particle physics,heavy quark spin flavor symmetry and heavy quark effective field theory?HQEFT?,P wave meson?including scalar meson,vector meson,and tensor meson?the basic physical properties of three aspects of content.On the basis of summarizing the theory,in the HQEFT framework,using light cone sum rules calculated B,Bs,to light tensor mesons's transition form factors of2a?1320?,K2?9??1430?,f2?1270?,f2'?1525?.Similar with vector meson,in leading order of heavy quarks,tensor type transition form factors associated with rare decay1T,2T,3T can be obtained directly by semileptonic type transition form factor1A,2A,0A,V.Using the current results of the transition form factor,we also studied the related exclusive semileptonic decays,calculated the branching ratio,such as vertical polarization fraction observables.Research shows that most branching ratio of the decay has reached the level of10-4,vertical polarization fraction is about?60-70?%,these results can be more accurately tested at the LHCb,BelleII laboratory in the future.
