Debris flow is a sudden natural erosion process in mountainous regions, which has characteristics of quick flow speed, big discharge, large material capacity and strong destructive power. In recent years, debris flow disasters occur frequently in the world, cause heavy casualties and property losses.China is also one of the frequent occurrence of debris flow, especially in the southwest provinces, the crustal activity is strong, the cutting is steep, complex geological structure, rick and soil reduced to fragments,in addition, the quantity and intensity of rainfall in these places is greater, all these breed strong debris flow, caused a great threat to peoples' s life and property safety of the region.Therefor,Method for effecive monitoring of debris flow has become the research emphases in debris flow preventing and disaster losses reducing. At present, many experts and scholars from all over the world are paying attention to the research of Early Warning Technology for Debris Flow Calamity, and have make a lot of achievements, however, there are some problems exist, whcih lead to poor generalization in pratical using, such as high cost in production and maintenance, and high rate of false positives.Therefor,in this paper,a monitor system base on debris flow infrasound with low cost with and signal processing algorithm is proposed to monitor and forecast the debris flow calamity. In this paper,a design scheme of debris flow monitoring system is introduced in detail, this system includes embedded software and hardware system, algorithm design, host machine design. The embedded software and hardware system captures audio signal and generate analog signal with the using of Professional infrasound sensor, this analog signal translate into digital signal after pass through anolog circuit which will convert, amplify, filter the analog signal, finally a A/D circuit converts the analog signal into digital signal.A Marginal Spectrum will be calculated after processing the digital signal with HHT algorithm,by analyzing the marginal spectrum,we can judge whether or not the infrasound signal exist, according to which we accomplish the Early Warning for Debris Flow Calamity. In addition, the marginal spectrum data could be transfer to host machine through serial port and display the marginal spectrum in host machin's interface. This debris flow monitoring system adopt a Cortex-M7 core chip STM32F746 as its main control chip.In order to realize multi-task cooperation such as data collection, storage, computing, uploading,a real-time Embedded OS is transplanted into the software system. The experimental results show that the debris flow monitoring system meets the design requirements, and has certain practical value and popularization.
