Andreev reflection is a type of particle scattering. It happens between a superconductor and an ordinary material. It is a normal in the superconducting current charge in an ordinary material conversion process, and into the superconducting current. In order to avoid the banned individual particles in superconducting energy gap,Andreev reflection appear. This process on the interface includes a electronic(hole)incident, from the general state of material and energy gap is less than the superconducting energy gap when the incident electron(hole)in a superconductor form cooper pairs and the direction of a cavity(electronic)reflection,in addition to the incident electron(hole)equal momentum, not hence wear layer at the interface between the shrink ordinary electrons or holes scattering instance.Spin independent Andreev reflection promote the development of Andreev reflection technology. With a small superconducting point is placed below this critical temperature,by applying a voltage to the difference between this measures it with the sample of conductance, may decide the spin polarization of the base metal. However, few people study how current accurately from a quantum abnormal hall topology flow to a nearby superconducting topological superconductor(or)the normal. It is the connection of anomalous quantum hall/superconducting transport experiment study is very important.Due to the edge state of the anomalous quantum Hall insulators, the chiral fermions appear close to Quantum Anomalous Hall insulators. This paper mainly studies the Quantum Anomalous Hall insulators and superconducting connection edge state of transmission coefficient and the Andreev reflection coefficient, mainly to calculate the model with one-barrier potential and the model with double-barrier potential.
