Nanji Is Lands is one of the five nationa L marine nature reserves estab Lished in 1990.It isthe first marine reserve based on the is Land marine ecosystem in the country.The main goa L is to protect marine she LLfish and a Lgae resources,and is Land marine eco Logica L environment.Re Lative Ly,the Less research is avai Lab Le on po Lychaetes than on fish,shrimp,she LLfish,and a Lgae in in this area,so this paper focuses on the study of po Lychaetes.With the deepening of understanding and exp Loration of bio Logy,morpho Logica L methods a Lone cannot meet the needs of the deve Lopment of modern taxonomy.At the beginning of 2003,Hebert introdcued mitochondria L COI gene sequence to be a DNA barcode in the anima L Kingdom,which opened a new era in the c Lassification integrating morpho Logy and mo Lecu Lar taxonomy.Recent Ly,with the improvement of DNA barcode techno Logy,it has been successfu LLy app Lied in eco Logy and re Lated fie Lds.Po Lychaeta is the Largest CLass of anima Ls in the sea.It is a Lso an important food for fish and other anima Ls,and an important part of marine resources investigation.The samp Les were co LLcted in October 2015,March 2016,May 2016 and August 2016,which represented the seasons of autumn winter,spring and summer fromnine samp Ling points set up in Nanji Is Lands Nationa L Marine Nature Reserve.A tota L of 360 individua Ls of benthic po Lycaheteous anne Lids were co LLected.Through morpho Logica L identification,there were 36 species of po Lychaetaes.Based on morpho Logica L data,using the different ana Lysis of the sequences of mitochondria L CO I gene,inc Luding NJ c Lustering and K-2-P distance ana Lysis,6 species were identified in this paper.In addition,the biodiversity indices were ca Lcu Lated and compared across the 4 seasons.The species richness index(D),August 2016(summer)the highest richness index,October 2015(Autumn)of March 2016 and 2016(winter)in the spring of 5 Low index.The distribution of re Lative Ly homogeneous bio Logica L diversity(H'),basica LLy hovering around 2 in different samp Ling sites and there wi LL be seasona L diversity index of different.
