The ocean surface occupies seventy percent of the earth's surface area,Ocean plays an important role in global climate regulation,It is of great significance to monitor the ocean wind field for the study of ocean phenomena,the development of marine resources,and the reduction of the error rate of the sea water temperature forecast,National military strategic.In this paper,a full-scale microwave radiometric calibration device is developed,which is used in the construction of offshore calibration field to complete seven radiometer calibration.The development of the calibration device is mainly for the three bands of the fully polarimetric calibration.It can work more than three years without any problems to provides an accurate and reliable measurement reference of the full polarized radiation in marine environment.There are many limitations in the traditional two point calibration,and the polarimetric calibration is more accurate,stable and accurate,and it has longer service life and multiple object calibration and it can adapt to more diverse environmental.In this paper,a set of control system is designed to meet the requirement of temperature control and rotation part for the microwave radiometric calibration device.The main contents of this paper are as following:1)On the basis of analyzing the calibration process,the working principle and structure of the rotating part,the cold and heat source part,the circularly polarized reflection part and the shell part are studied in this paper.2)According to the requirements of the motion and temperature control,a reasonable electronic control scheme is designed;then the appropriate control platform man-machine interface and other components are chosen,a reasonable control system is designed.And then design of electric control cabinet control panel,division of the internal distribution area,parts connections and wiring are done.Finally the hardware design of the control system is completed.3)Analysis of the requirements of temperature control,rotation and other parts,then PLC internal procedures and monitoring procedures are written,and the man-machine interface design is completed.4)The key components are tested,and then,the operation of the machine is analyzed in order to test the performance of the device.The results show that the operation of each part of the device conforms to the design requirements,and the control part can meet the required parameters.
