Debris flow abrasion is an important indicator of debris flow gully,ditch bed landform development research and control engineering durability design,but also an important scientific problem to study debris flow dynamics.Based on the viscous flow complexes with different slurry viscosity and gradation composition,this paper presents a debris flow abrasion coefficient test device which can quantitatively calculate the erosion ability of stone flow.The apparatus can effectively simulate the abrasive effect of debris flow on the debris flow channel or the river bank road.Through the quantitative analysis of the amount of abrasion and the qualitative analysis of the abrasive shape,the debris flow erosion with different slurry concentration and mix proportion is obtained And the new method of calculating the abrasive force of debris flow is put forward based on the experimental conditions.The main innovative achievements are as follows:(1)Based on the shortcomings of debris flow abrasion equipment,a debris flow abrasion coefficient test device(Patent No.: ZL201620638352.4)with objective ability to quantify the flow of stone flow is proposed.The device is mainly composed of debris flow abrasive bucket,stirring blade,motor,shaft,base,bracket and other parts;(2)The device can effectively simulate the abrasive effect of the debris flow on the debris flow channel or the river bank road,and take the concrete standard test block as the bearing body,so as to obtain different flow rate,solid ratio,slurry viscosity and particles The amount of abrasion in the debris flow under the condition of particle size is analyzed by qualitative analysis of the amount of abrasion and the qualitative analysis of the abrasive shape.(3)By self-developed debris flow wear coefficient test device,the slurry viscosity to take 0pa.s,0.013 pa.s,0.038 pa.s,0.24 pa.s,1.94 pa.s solid ratio to take 0,0.02,0.04,0.08,0.16 combination,the concrete specimen debris flow erosion test.The results show that the abrasive and abrasive depth of the concrete specimen increase linearly with the increase of solid ratio at the same slurry viscosity,but when the solid ratio is 0.08,the growth rate tends to be flat.Compared with the solid-solid ratio,the abrasive amount and the abrasion depth of the concrete specimen are linearly attenuated with the increase of the slurry viscosity.(4)Through the analysis of the abrasive morphology of the abrasive body,it can be seen that the initial abrasive strength of the abrasive is concentrated in the middle of the test piece,and gradually spread to the surroundings under the continuous action of the abrasive force to form an effective abrasive ring.The abrasive force is concentrated in the effective erosion ring,there is horizontal and vertical abrasion force,along the horizontal direction of the abrasive force on the test block friction extrusion,resulting in the top of the test piece of the horizontal peeling;vertical erosion force along the distribution,The abrasive block is cut and cut to form an abrasive groove in the ring.(5)According to the study and analysis,the distribution of debris flow velocity under the whole motion state is obtained,and a new method for calculating the abrasive force of debris flow under the condition of particle gradation,particle collision and wall protrusion is proposed.The research results are of great significance to promote the study of the fine evolution process of the landslide and debris flow,and to enrich the research of debris flow dynamics and improve the engineering management level of highway debris flow disaster.
