The soil culture method is used to carry out to explore the influences of MDA content and trophic structure in the four halophytes,including Kochia sieversiana,Atriplex patens,Chenopodium album and Chenopodium glaucum,which contains rich calcium oxalate crystal treated with calcium inhibitor?Isoptin?and calcium oxalate crystal.After the seeds of the four kinds of plants were cultivated and planted,all seedlings were stressed with 1.5% mixed salt for 6 days,then 6 experiment groups were added with the same volume of different concentration of Ca?NO3?2 solution and Isoptin solution?calcineurin inhibitors?.And the check group only were added with the same volume of distilled water as the experiment group.One week later,we measured the content of malondialdehyde?MDA?in four kinds of plants,and observed and analyzed the tropic structures of plants for the group in which content of MDA decreased at most through paraffin sections by microscope,then measured root diameter,root parenchyma radial thickness,leaf thickness,principal vein thickness,palisade tissue thickness and stem diameter,and counted the calcium oxalate crystal in the stems and leaves for the same group.In term of the MDA content in plants,the low concentration and high concentration of Ca?NO3?2 solution brought the content of MDA down in four kinds of plants,whereas middle concentration of Ca?NO3?2 solution made the content of MDA up;The addition of Isoptin solution made MDA content in four kinds of plants decreased;the lowest concentration of Isoptin had MDA content in plant decreased most,and the highest concentration of isoptin had MDA content in plant decreased least.The observation and analysis for the structure of plant roots,stems and leaves supported the conclusion that the addition of Isoptin solution reduced parenchyma,the proportion of stem cortex and the leaf palisade tissue layers.The results also indicated that Isoptin solution made the diameter of roots in quinoa,root parenchyma radial thickness in quinoa and Kochia sieversiana,leaf thickness in Atriplex,leaf main vein thickness in Atriplex and Kochia sieversiana,leaf palisade tissue thickness in four kinds of plants and pith diameter in Chenopodium and Atriplex significantly decreased.Isoptin solution made the leaves thickness in Kochia sieversiana,leaf primary vein thickness in glaucum,stem diameter in glaucum,quinoa and Kochia sieversiana increased significantly,The number of calcium oxalate crystals in the leaves of the four plants was greatly influenced by the treatment of calcium gradient.The lowest concentration of Isoptin solution could reduce the number of calcium oxalate crystals in the stems of four plants,otherwise,with the increase of the concentration of Isoptin,the number of calcium oxalate crystals in the four kinds of plants gradually increased.
