| With the rapid development of information age,the better performance computers are required for growing data and information safety,but due to limitation of traditional electronic components and cost of manufacturing,computer cannot break through the difficulties,which result in these problem becoming more serious.To solve these problems,scientist try to find a new information storage medium,DNA molecular is a genetic material of an organism,which carrying all of genetic information.By analyzing DNA molecular,it has the nanometer level on size.Meanwhile,DNA has a bright advantages in solving complicated math problems,such as NP-C,Knapsack problem.In addition,DNA molecule has reliable biological safety,which provide a strong safety for information.For these advantages,many scientists pay attention to DNA computing,especially the computer,information,biology,chemistry,electronics and other fields of scientists.The aim of this study is to establish a cryptosystem with DNAzyme,which combined with DNA computing.DNA computing encode information with DNA double helix structure and the principle of complementary base pairing.DNAzyme is an input which react with the base structure of logic gate and put DNA strand modified by fluorescent group as output which measured by spectral technique.Then,combine one-time pad with base DNAzyme logic gate and propose a more secure and reliable DNAzyme encryption system which can store a large number of cipher code.Last,demonstrate the correction of theory by MATLAB simulation experiment.Through the work of this study,it is indicated that DNA can implement the logic gate operation based on DNA,then,DNAzyme cryptosystem also provides a foundation for the development of future DNA cryptosystem. |
