Wolong Nature Reserve is the third largest national nature reserve in China,which is rich of rare and preciousness species of animals and plants,especially gaint panda.Wolong Nature Reserve is located in the southern part of the Longmen mountains that is the transition zone of the Sichuan basin to the Western Sichuan Plateau.The Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 and the Lushan earthquake in 2013 caused serious damage to the Wolong Nature Reserve.The geological disasters in Wolong nature reserve are frequent,and pose a serious threat to people's life and property safety and ecological environment of animals and plants.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out risk assessment of geological hazards in Wolong Nature Reserve.This research is based on the project with the Digital Earth Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Science and Institute of Spatial Information Technology in Chengdu University of Technology.It is important to obtain the useful disaster information from the remote sensing images after processing the remote sensing images with professional methods.And taking advantage of digital geographic information to built spatial information database of Wolong Nature Reserve.According to the characteristics of the study area,this research selected the altitude,terrain slope,terrain aspect,stratum lithology,river system,human engineering activities as the geological hazard risk assessment index of Wolong Nature Reserve.To gain the geological hazard zonation map establishing geological hazard risk evaluation model of Wolong Nature Reserve based on the artificial neural network.Comparing the evaluation results based on four different evaluation model,like affixation momentum model,self-adaptive parameter model,conjugate gradient model and L-M model,we found that there are similarity and difference between the evaluation results of four models.And we utilized that to propose a comprehensive solution of the geological hazard risk assessment.The comprehensive conclusion shows great applicability in the study area of Wolong Nature Reserve.To provide theoretical support for the planning and deployment of geological hazard prevention in Wolong Nature Reserve.
