Metallogenic Prognosis Of Gold Deposits In Hexi Area,Golmud,Qinghai

The geotectonic location of Hexi area is in the joint part between East Kunlun arcbasin system and Kanxiwa-South Kunlun-Maduo-Maqin-Mianxian-Lueyang junction belts that general direction of the structural line strikes' NWW-SEE,the central fault of East Kunlun running across the central-south part of the research region.This area has a Palaeo proterozoic crystalline basement,Neoproterozoic highly metamorphic basement,and Triassic clasolite and vocanic formations,which was superimposed and transformed by Caledonian,Variscan,Indochinese,Yanshan periods magmation and regional metamorphism,for the reason that this area processes good nonferrous metal and precious metal metallogenic conditions,such as copper,lead,zinc,gold,nickel and so on.This paper comprehensively collected regional geological data and mineralization materials.The geological setting of oreformation processes,geochemical and geophysical conditions of this research area ware thoroughly analyzed.On the basis of the contrast research with the geologic features and orecontrolling factors of typical oredeposits in this region,this paper determines the ore indicators,and establishes the prospecting model.On this basis,the prospects and useful ore finding target areas has been outlined.The main achievements and cognition are as follows.(1)This paper systemically collected the geological materials in Hexi area,of which the literal data was sorted and gathered,and the maps data was vectorized and assigned attribute on the MAPGIS platform.Base on this,fundamental geological Database was established.(2)Emphysised on classification and study on the geochemistry features in Hexi area,and described four integrating anomalies.One of them,the HS25 anomaly which was setting as a mining right has a strength anomaly,clear concentration zoning and concentration center.Meanwhile Cu-Au mineralized spots were found in HS23,HS32,HS33 anomalies,that make sure the exsistence of these anomalies.Thus Au exploration prospect is bright in this area.(3)Systemiticaly researched on the deposit type and distribution characteristics of the typical ore deposits,such as Na Chitai gold ore.(4)Systemiticaly analyzed on the oreforming geological conditions in Hexi area,determined the ore indicators,and estabilished the prospecting model.Based on such,three prospecting areas,three key prospecting target areas,four medium target areas,and one general target area were outlined at last.
