Contact stress accurate measurement has always been the difficulty in Mechanics.Nowadays,most of the contact stress measurements have a great error.The accurate description of contact stress distribution on base-plate have a direct affect both the base-plate stress calculation and its design.On the whole study of base-plate there almost no application of contact stress distribution measurement system.Base on this status,the study which is about the test characteristics of contact stress distribution measurement system was taken in this paper,and contact stress distribution measurement system was used on the stress distribution measurement of base-plate;the contact stress distribution exponential function model was also created.With ANSYS finite element analysis,the reliability of the contact stress distribution exponential function model which created by the contact stress distribution measurement was verified.In this paper,the construction and measurement principle of contact stress distribution measurement system were introduced.With single variable principle,various factors which may affect the accuracy of contact stress distribution measurement system,such as contact materials,selection of document,uniformity of contact and contact area was analysed.A large number of experiment show that contact materials and selection of document have a great affection on the result accuracy.Based on the analysis,the right way of parameter setting which improve the reliability and the stability of contact stress distribution measurement system was raised.For the study of the rigidity factor affection on base-plate contact stress distribution,the test measurement of base-plate contact stress distribution on sand foundation was taken,woodiness plates and marble plates which have different flexural rigidity was used.A large number of experience result verified that the method of parameter setting was correct.Aiming at this,the contact stress distribution exponential function model was raised.With the application of ANSYS,the numerical simulation of the contact stress distribution on woodiness base-plate and marble plates was calculated.Comparing the result of numerical simulation and experiments,that show they fitted together neatly;that verified the accurate of the experiment.Comparing the results of the contact stress distribution numerical simulation and exponential function model,that shows they fitted together neatly;and the rationality of the contact stress distribution exponential function model was verified.In this paper,the certain section bending moment of base-plate was calculated with the contact stress distribution exponential function and linear function which use in building project,the result shows that this two calculations differ 40%.Base on the circumstances that both the contact stress distribution numerical simulation results and experiment results are nonlinear,the contact stress distribution exponential function model is of great significance.
