The plasma is many-particle system composed of charged particles outside the non bound state, being a very typical medium and has electromagnetic properties, and it is also one of the plasma physics within the framework of the core content, each of the fields in plasma generation, thermal nuclear fusion in RF power and have a very wide range of applications. Since the introduction of Tsallis in 1988,It is the extension and extension of statistical mechanics. One of the most widely used is the introduction of non extensive Tsallis entropy ,it has been widely used in systems with long-range interactions, such as nonlinear dynamical systems, long range micro memory and so on. The Debye length is a typical length scale in the description of plasma charge, being also an important parameter of the plasma, the main research content of this paper is the Nonextensive Debye screening length distribution in plasma, introduced nonextensive distribution in plasma Debye length, when the nonextensive parameter q?1, the Nonextensive Debye length to the results of classical statistics.At the same time, the variation of Debye shielding phenomenon in the framework of statistical mechanics and the influence of the non extensive parameters on the Debye length are discussed. In the third chapter, we can see that when q_i =1?? the values are different, with the increase of q_e the non - extensive parameters, the? change decreases. And in the interval 1/3 <q_e < 1, with the gradual ? increase in the value of the a value gradually decreased, while in the interval q_e>1,with the gradual ? increase in value ? gradually decreased. However, when ?=1?q_i the values are different, with the gradual q_e increase in value a gradually decreased,which is the interval 1/3<q_e<1 and the interval q_e>1, and the non generalized parameter qe increases the Debye shielding length decreases gradually.
