In recent years,Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry(ESPI)with the rapid development of optoelectronic information technology,with its high precision,non-contact,efficient data transmission and the whole field measurement and other advantages are moving towards microstructure,precision measurement,three-dimensional measurement and automation measurement direction.The phase shift detection technique of traditional electron speckle interference is mainly composed of phase shift interferometry and Fourier transform method.The phase obtained by interfering fringe image processing is the phase of the package,which needs to be phase unwound and increase the phase shift extraction Calculation of the amount of error.The measurement error at the stripes is greater.Optical Vortex can be applied to many fields such as optical tweezers and light wrenches to achieve micro-particle capture,control and rotation,due to the angular momentum of the photon.In recent years,with the increasing demand for multiple or large particles at the same time,the single vortex has been difficult to meet the needs.The Optical Vortex Lattice has gradually become a new research focus.In this paper,a new method of measuring the displacement of the surface by using the vortex characteristics of the optical field is proposed by combining the Optical Vortex lattice with Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry.Using the Optical Vortex Lattice obtained by Optical Vortex Interferometer(OVI)as the object light,adding the fourth beam of plane wave as the reference light in the optical path,the object light and the reference light interfere with the formation of "fork" vortex light interference fringes,Based on the optical flow field theory,the motion vector field between the images is extracted by the window Fourier transform,and the fringe frequency of the deformed image is extracted and manipulated with the motion vector field to obtain the full-field deformation phase information between two successive images.The method can only use the two interferograms before and after the deformation to determine the change of the whole phase,without the need of spatial phase extraction,which effectively reduces the amount and error of the phase demodulation process.Due to the use of the interference fringe pattern of the spiral lattice,the lattice space frequency is improved by the lattice measurement method,and the measurement sensitivity is improved.At the same time,the time parameter is introduced in the basic formula of the optical flow field,and the dynamic deformation measurement is realized.1?The development status and application prospect of Optical Vortex and Optical Vortex Interferometer are introduced,and the development of electronic speckle interferometry is introduced briefly.2?The basic optical properties of the Optical Vortex and several methods of generating the Optical Vortex are introduced.This paper introduces several methods of optical vortex lattice,and deduces the basic principle of Optical Vortex array of OVI.The Optical Vortex Lattice is generated by MATLAB simulation as well as the optical field distribution,the phase distribution,the interference fringes of the interference light field,the zero value line and the characteristics of the optical vortex point are analyzed.3?The basic concept and principle of the Optical Flow field are introduced.The principle of the Horn-Schunck algorithm is analyzed,and the Horn-Schunck algorithm is simulated by MATLAB function.On this basis,simulate the optical flow field of two images.4 ? The principle of phase singularity of speckle and the principle of electron speckle interferometry are introduced.Two common interferometric phase extraction methods are simulated by MATLAB: phase shift interferometry and Fourier transform method.The deformation phase of the interference fringe is extracted by the decoupling of the phase unwrapping to obtain the deformation phase,respectively.And the Optical Vortex Lattice is combined with the traditional electronic speckle measurement technology.Combined with the basic theory of the optical flow field,the full-field phase measurement of the object deformation is simulated.With a full range,without the need for phase demodulation and other advantages.
