| With the improvement of the technological level, domestic development and utilization of marine resources has matured increased. However,due to the complexity of the changes in the marine environment, marine facilities will always be different failure. And resulting in decline in of its life, eventually become the waste facilities. When we demolish the domestic offshore the waste facilities which have reached or will reach using live, no matter using internal cutting mode or external cutting mode, we need to do mud jobs. The equipment of internal sludge discharge which this paper designed and researched use hydraulic drills and high-pressure water jetting system. This system can make the sediment mixed with drilling fluid to become solid - liquid two-phase. Then it put the solid - liquid two-phase with sediment to the outside of the steel piles by the air lift sludge discharge device.Firstly, the paper designed the overall scheme of marine the waste facilities sludge and suction discharge device. Determine the technical parameters of sludge discharge suction device according to the specific requirements of the maintenance’s company. Mud suction device to determine the technical parameters, and determine the components of the mechanical system according to suck mud technical parameters and work requirements,which includes suction mud system, fixed supports, guides and work platforms. Mud suction system also includes drill, drill part of the rod, the power head and guide support devices, and specific analysis of each system and components for function control system,composition and working principle are introduced.Secondly, the paper did the design of mud suction device for power head hydraulic system. According to the working environment and process requirements, the power head hydraulic system solutions studied, and hydraulic motors , hydraulic pumps , motors,hydraulic cylinders and other components for selection of design calculations , which based on the design parameters of the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor , hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor efficiency calculation performed , and calculate the total hydraulic system efficiency based on these calculations and rendering efficiency curve , then the hydraulic system dynamics calculations, analysis of the hydraulic system can meet the job requirements.Thirdly, the paper did the studies of mud suction device for piping design. According to the rational design of the job requirements mud pipeline structure , and constitute the key components of the sludge pipeline were the type design , including an air compressor , drill nozzle , high pressure pumps and high-pressure nozzle. To maximize the efficiency of that mud,the mounting position of a nozzle design,using optimization theory,the method of calculation and the number of the nozzles , the offset angle of the X -axis and the Z -axis direction.Finally, the paper did the checking of the key components of the mud suction devices ,including power head shaft system , linked to the support frame connectors, injection elbow strength check , and the critical fluid motion , including mud tubes and nozzles nozzle fluid flow field three-dimensional flow field analysis,by analyzing changes in parameters such as pressure and speed variables , get the movement of the fluid, according to the law of motion and change one single parametric comparison test,proposed to increase the mud efficiency. |
