In this paper, we focus on the scattering problem of electromagnetic waves by two disjoint infinite perfectly conducting cylinders in R3. Let D1 and D2 denote the cross section with bounded smooth boundary, R2\(D1?D2) is connected. Here, D1 is transmission and D2 is not transmission. The problem can be considered as a mixed boundary value problem in R2.We suppose,my job is to find, meet the following conditions :and the u satisfy :uniformly in withFor the problem (*), we study the existence and uniqueness of the solution to the direct scattering problem. And, we also research the inverse scattering problem. For the existence of the solution to the problem (*), we can use the boundary integral equation method to solve it. For the uniqueness of the solution to the direct scattering problem of (*), we can use Green formula and Rellich lemma to solve it. For the inverse scattering problem, we can use the linear sampling method to solve it.
