Earthquake Early Warning(EEW)is one of the effective means of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in recent years.The construction of regional and high-speed railway Earthquake Early Warning System has been started in China.In order to carry out the effectiveness evaluation of regional and high-speed railway earthquake early warning system,the main work in this paper is as follows:1.The present situation of the study on the effectiveness analysis of earthquake early warning system is summarized.Based on station layout scheme of earthquake early warning demonstration system in Chinese capital zone,analyze and compare the timeliness of EEW between the old and new two monitoring stations,which takes the stations distance,the time needed to trigger quantitative stations,the number of stations triggered in the fixed time window,the warning time of first warning reports,the improvement of early warning reports release time as analysis index.2.Based on the equipment performance parameters and site background noise of seismic stations,strong vibration stations and intensity stations in the seismic early warning demonstration system of the Chinese capital zone,the earthquake early warning monitoring ability of the three types of stations is analyzed.Based on the background noise amplitude and RMS value of the three types of seismic warning demonstration system in the Chinese capital zone,the lower limit distribution of the earthquake monitoring capacity of the earthquake monitoring and demonstration system in the capital circle was analyzed respectively;The lower limit of the magnitude of the earthquake monitoring system is lower than 2.5 in the Chinese capital zone,and some parts of Beijing,Tianjin and Shijiazhuang have reached 0.5 to 1.3.Based on the strong motion records of K-NET in Japan,the statistical propagation law of emergency disposal PGA is analyzed,and the delay of two emergency disposal modes,namely alarm and warning,and the analysis index of system effectiveness are defined;according to Chengguan,Daxi,Fuxia,and Jingshiwu four high-speed railway earthquake monitoring,based on early-warning station distribution and historical earthquake data,we analysis the the biggest earthquake influence and theoretical emergency disposal effectiveness of four high-speed railway.Based on the increasing degree of warning time and the seismic risk,we find out the area of the stations which can maximize the time effectiveness of the early warning of Chengguan high-speed railway.
