In this thesis,we aim to study low/high TERF11 activating cell proliferation and cytoskeleton mechanism,but inhibiting differentiation and morphogenesis mechanism network in chimpanzee and human left hemisphere.441 significant molecules were identified from 12558 genes of 15 low chimpanzee compared with 14 high human left hemisphere in GEO data set GDS2678,buy using significant analysis of microarrays(SAM)to construct TERF11-activation/inhibition molecular networks.Then the further calculation is based on GRNInfer,GO,KEGG,GenMAPP,BioCarta and Disease.Based on the calculating,we make the below analysis.In low chimpanzee left hemisphere,our identified TERF11 activating inside-out molecular network showed MARCKSL1(MARCKS-like 1),PAK3(p21 protein(Cdc42/Rac)-activated kinase 3),SAMHD1(SAM domain and HD domain 1);we propose low TERF11 activating inside-out T-cell and axon guidance-induced positive regulation of cell proliferation through MARCKSL1-PAK3-SAMHD1 in chimpanzee left hemisphere.Our identified TERF11 inhibiting molecular network showed PPARD(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor delta),SFPQ1(splicing factor proline/glutamine-rich(polypyrimidine tract-binding protein associated)),SFRS7(splicing factor arginine/serine-rich 7 35kDa);we propose low TERF11 inhibiting DNA damage-induced nucleus cell differentiation through PPARD-SFPQ1-SFRS7 in chimpanzee left hemisphere.In high human left hemisphere,our identified TERF11 interactive molecular network showed ARF6(ADP-ribosylation factor 6),DZIP3(DAZ interacting protein 3 zinc finger),HSP90AB1(heat shock protein 90kDa alpha(cytosolic)class B member 1);we propose high TERF11 interactive inflammation-induced cytoplasm actin cytoskeleton organization through ARF6-DZIP3-HSP90AB1 in human left hemisphere.Our identified TERF11 inside-outside-in inhibitive molecular network showed LGALS3BP(lectin galactoside-binding soluble 3-binding protein),SELENBP1(selenium-binding protein 1),CA2(carbonic anhydrase Ⅱ),GSTM32(glutathione S-transferase mu 3(brain));we propose high TERF11 inside-outside-in inhibitive estrogen-induced morphogenesis through LGALS3BP-SELENBP1-CA2-GSTM32 in human left hemisphere.Finally,low/high TERF11 activating/inhibiting cell proliferation/differentiation and morphogenesis mechanism network in chimpanzee and human left hemisphere are further verified.
