First of all, using the ERA-interim reanalysis data of the European center(sea level pressure, zonal wind speed, geopotential height, total ozone and ozone mixing ratio)from 1979 to 2015, the temporal and spatial variations of ozone in the Tibetan Plateau and the similarities and differences between different East Asian Monsoon indices are analyzed by means of moving average, M-K mutation detection and linear tendency estimation . What's more, using the summer ozone data product by Aura satellite from 2005 to 2015, and using total ozone and CCl3F, CCl2F2, Cl, ClO and HC1 output data of the total atmospheric chemistry climate model (WACCM3,2001?2015), by Student's t test and correlation analysis, the zonal deviation of plateau ozone, the possible mechanism of total ozone and low value area were analyzed . Finally, using the number of sunspots per year provided by sun data analysis center from 1700 to 2015, analyze the relationship of the solar activity, ozone cycle over the Tibetan Plateau and East Asian monsoon based on complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise and synthesis analysis .There are many results are as follows: After reaching the valley, Tibetan Plateau ozone should have been rising year after year, but has not yet recovered to the level of 1979 . The anomaly of each layer was concentrated in the vicinity of 30hPa, and the mixing ratio of the middle and lower troposphere was negatively correlated with the time . In spring the ozone level decreased significantly with time and the total amount of ozone was the highest . The lowest in autumn . There is a low value of ozone in the plateau in summer, and the photochemical effect may be one of the reasons for the formation of low value areas . And the diurnal asymmetry exists in the low value area . The East Asian summer monsoon index, which is defined by Guo, and the East Asian winter monsoon index defined by Yan (comprehensive index)are more representative in this paper . Through the comparison of periodic signals, it is found that there are different phases between Tibetan Plateau ozone and East Asian Monsoon . During the relative high solar activity of 1979?1990 (1996-2015), the North Pacific sea level pressure is higher (lower) than the East Asian continent, and the East Asian continental cold high low (high) through synthetic analysis. That is the East Asian winter monsoon is weaker (stronger). The results show that Solar activity can affect the change of East Asian Winter Monsoon . During the relative high ozone in the Tibetan Plateau of 2006?2015, the development of low trough over the mountains of Ural and East Asia, so the temperature in most parts of China is negative . That is the East Asian summer monsoon is weak . The results show that the ozone in the Tibetan Plateau can affect the change of East Asian summer monsoon.
