The current situation of cultivated land in China is less than that in mountainous area,and the proportion of arable land is small,and the per capita income of cultivated land is low.The distribution of cultivated land resources is not uniform and the regional difference of cultivated land productivity is large.The number of land and so on a series of problems.So the protection and use of arable land when asked to ensure that the balance,strict land red line,hold the basic farmland and high yield farm red line.The quality evaluation of cultivated land in the practical operation and theoretical research,are now should be paid attention to and carry out the work.Its essence is to reveal the quality of arable land and cultivated land in the spatial distribution of the law.This is an important strategic significance for ensuring the food demand of China's 1.3 billion people,promoting the stable development of agriculture and promoting the steady growth of economy and society.The protection and research of cultivated land is imperative.It is helpful to adjust the utilization structure of Junlian County land and construct the construction projects of cultivated land in the area reasonably.In this paper,under the condition of the national evaluation index system of cultivated land fertility,combined with the actual situation of Junlian County,all the cultivated land in the county area was used as the research object,and the evaluation index system of cultivated land grading factor in Junlian County was constructed by Delphi method.According to the results of cultivated land quality evaluation in Junlian County,the soil distribution and land remediation factors affecting the quality evaluation of cultivated land were analyzed by determining the parameters and quality of the designated crops,and the spatial data processing ability of GIS software was used to evaluate the cultivated land in Junlian County,On this basis and combined with the actual situation of the local farming proposed the use of arable land.The main achievements of the paper are:(1)The index system of the parameters of the cultivated land in the county is constructed.Including site conditions,the section character,top layer of soil physical and chemical properties,arable layer soil nutrient condition,soil management five indicators,effective soil layer thickness,profile shapes,landform type,terrain slope,soil pH,organic matter,such as irrigation reliability factor to build a grading factor index system,and determines the specified crop production potential,the number of output coefficient,land utilization and economic coefficient and quality score.(2)Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to cultivated land quality evaluation,junlian divide junlian all arable land,according to the quality of cultivated land and don't to 8,such as national natural 450.72 hm2,such as arable land,9061.42 hm2,9 10 such as arable land,26712.77hm2,such as 11 cultivated land 0.24 hm2.The cultivated land country USES wait don't be 6 to wait for farmland 0.59hm2,7 wait for cultivated land 1489.03 hm2,8 wait for farmland 3201.35hm2,9 wait for cultivated land 14252.59 hm2,10 wait for farmland 13520.56 hm2,11 wait for cultivated land 4562.02 hm2;The cultivated land national economy and so on don't wait for the farmland 1023.16hm2,8 wait for the cultivated land 3049.28 hm2,9 the cultivated land 15130.54 hm2,10 wait for the cultivated land 13261.92 hm2,11 wait for the cultivated land 4561.2hm2.(3)Using ArcGIS software and excel software to compare the results of the cultivated land in the county,The change of the overall situation is compared with the last round junlian arable land,such as national natural don't 8 and 9,such as the proportion of the area of the wheel on the evaluation results rose to 1.22% and 1.22% respectively;Compared with the previous round,the proportion of the area of cultivated land used by the cultivated land in the county was up from 2.72% to 2.76%;The proportion of areas such as 8 rose to 8.24% from 8.18%.The proportion of areas such as 9 rose from 40.60% to 40.86%;The proportion of the area,such as 10,fell from 35.94% to 35.82%.;The proportion of the area,such as land,fell from 12.56% to 12.32%.;Compared with the previous results,the area of the state economy of the cultivated land in the county is unchanged.The percentage of land area in the area increased from 3.89% to 4.02%;The proportion of areas such as 8 was increased from 7.63% to 8.65%;The proportion of the area,such as 9,fell from 39.30% to 38.49%;The proportion of areas in the area decreased from 36.62% to 36.52%.;The proportion of the area,such as land,fell from 12.56% to 12.32%.
