Multiple attribute decision making(MADM)is an important part of decision theory,which has been extensively used in the field such as event evaluation,personnel management,maintenance services,investment decisions and so on.In this paper,the attribute value which is in the form of interval rough number about decision problems were carried on the thorough discussion,not only improved the possible degree formula of interval rough number,but also made preliminary research about the decision matrix sorting algorithm when the attribute values are interval rough numbers with parameters.In this paper,the value which is in the form of interval rough numbers about multiple attribute decision making problems has been deeply studied,which mainly covers the following aspects:1.This paper describes the process of rough sets and multiple attribute decision making research at home and abroad and the current hot spots briefly,and then links them into the decision making model when the attribute value is interval rough numbers,so as to finally determine the major research direction and main contents.2.Define the basic algorithms of interval rough numbers,and defining the mean and variance of interval rough numbers with parameters and the deviation degree under uniform distribution.Based on the expectation and variance of the aggregate function during the interval rough number decision matrix,attribute values of the positive and negative ideal point in column is determined.3.In view of the attribute values are interval rough numbers and the attribute weights are known in multiple attribute decision making problems.In order to gather more information about the interval rough numbers,it may put forward a new interval degree formula,which has been proved the rationality in an actual case to solve practical problems.4.In terms of the problems of attribute value is interval rough number with parameters and the incomplete attribute weights about multiple attribute decision making problems,on the basis of personal decision preference,it has been proposed three methods such as comprehensive evaluation method based on information entropy,based on the scheme of TOPSIS method,and based on the extreme value into the objective evaluation and so on.It has been solved effectively through the three kinds of solutions.The above work has provided some new ideas for solving the MADM problems when the attribute value is in the form of interval rough number with parameters.At the end of this paper,it has made some prospects about some hot research topics,meanwhile,hoping give certain theoretical basis for scientific decision making problems on solving these problems such as the factory location,department assessment,bid tendering and so on.
