Series systems with reserve components are a very important class of systems for reliability research,and a common type of system in engineering.The optimization of reserve components is a matter of concern.How to choose a spare part and reserve it in the system will have a greater impact on the reliability of the system.In the general reliability discussion,it is common to assume that the components in the system are independent of each other,but in practical problems,the working parts in the system often have a certain degree of dependency.Based on the appropriate Copula function,it is meaningful to calculate the reliability index of the whole system according to the distribution of the edge distribution of the components.For the repairable system,first through the Markov process,and then use the Markov update process and complementary variables and other tools for reliability analysis,a systematic.Firstly,this paper discusses the optimization of spare parts for three-part series systems with reserve parts.The optimization problem of system reserve components based on reliability is discussed from the two cases of the same type and different type of reserve parts and working parts.In the two cases,the system with cold reserve and warm reserve is discussed respectively,and the corresponding reliability expression is obtained,and the optimization result is obtained by MATLAB analysis.Secondly,for the particular three-component series system with two cold reserves,the reliability of the system when the components are independent and when the components are dependent is discussed.At the same time,FGM Copula,AMH Copula and Clayton Copula are introduced to study the three different Copula functions.Finally,the reliability of the Markov process and geometrical process is studied for the three-component series system with two cold reserves.For the Markov system,the state of the system is analyzed by some assumptions,and the Markov process theory is used to solve the problem.For the degradation system of the geometric process,the reliability of the system is studied by using the supplementary variable method,under the assumption that the working parts in the system have priority maintenance rights and the specific parts maintenance time is subject to geometric distribution.
