This article solve the problem of dynamic stress concentration around shallow elastic cylindrical inclusion by SH wave in orthotropic elastic half-space. By the function of complex variable and multi-polar coordinate system, scattering wave function of the cylindrical cavity is constructed, which automatically satisfy the zero-stress boundary condition on the horizontal surface in elastic half-space and the Sommerfeld radiation condition at infinity.Using the conditions of displacement continuous and the conditions of the stress of continuous, we get the form of the boundary conditions which has three series of unknown coefficient. After that,in order to solve this problem, we make the boundary conditions linearization.Besides, the theoretical studies are solved by Matlab. Also we draw graphics by it. And we give the corresponding distribution of dynamic stress concentration factor, and the graphics give us intuitive results. Finally, the influences on dynamic stress concentration factors around the cylindrical inclusion and ground motion are discussed with different angles, media characteristics, wave numbers, and embedded depth, when SH wave is incident.
