When light and material interact on each other, with dynamic transmission, it shows the forces acting on objects from light, which called mechanical effects of light. Optical Tweezers are the best tool for demonstrating mechanical effects of light, while the building for light path of traditional Optical Tweezers is very complex,and it's difficult to operate. Also it's easy to be affected by external vibration, which may affect the experimental result. By using the special structure and nature of optical fiber, so we finish the demonstration with optical fiber tweezers, and produce simply structured, easily operated and observed experimental equipment. Next it's proved by experiments and operate experiment of single optical fiber tweezers.Based on the experimental equipment of this mechanical effect of light, this subject focused on the experiment of measuring the liquid viscosity by traditional falling ball method,proposing a new method: with light radiation pressure and light interference principle, we finish the experiment of measuring liquid viscosity by using the newly developed experimental equipment. This research aimed to add WDM, optical fiber circulator and photoelectric detector equipment to the original system to achieve multi-function of the equipment. I would like to make this equipment getting wider application and attaching much more importance.This article studies the function of the experimental equipment both theory and experiments, structures as below:First of all, according to the light radiation pressure and optical tweezers principle, I analyze mechanical effect of light. By using a flat end face structure of optical fiber probe, I analyze the cross force and longitudinal force distribution on particulates.Second, based on microscope XSP-203, making sample platform and sample cell,finishing developing an experimental equipment, and building a simple useful experimental equipment system.Third, by using this experimental equipment system, study the mechanical effects of light experiments. I project the laser by optical fiber to the polystyrene ball in water, adjust the light power to balance the light radiation pressure, gravity and buoyancy, which achieves the light suspension of the ball. We can measure the relation of light power and ball location to verify the feasibility of this experimental equipment.In the end, based on this equipment and combination light radiation pressure and light interference principle, I build an experimental equipment system with measuring the liquid viscosity by traditional falling ball. I measure the viscosity coefficient of water in the experimental environment, and analyze the uncertainty of the experiment data.
