Complex dynamics system theory is a booming theory, which is company with the development of computer science and nonlinear technology. Complex chaos system is a classic differential nonlinear dynamics system with complex variable coefficients which not only enhance the capacity of the information, but also improve the safety in communication.But the relationship between the real and image parts is clearly proportional, which can reduce the complexity in the complex chaotic dynamics system.Using chaos control theory has been a hot research point in network security filed,especially in secure communication. The time-delays phenomenon is inevitable in the actual communication. The time-delays chaos system is a infinite dimension system which has more than one positive Lyapunov exponents. Its dynamics is more complexity than normal hyper-chaos system to hence the security in communication. To eliminate the proportional relationship between the real and image parts, this paper introduce the time-delays parts. So it is important to research the time-delays chaos system in theoretical and actual application.This paper aim at complex chaos system and time-delays chaos. The main program is below:First, this paper achieve the dislocation synchronization in complex system, which is based on limit time stability theory. Combining with dislocation synchronization controller and time synchronization controller technology, the complex chaos system solve the issues between the sender and receiver unavoidable delays phenomenon. This skills not only solve the secure communication due to the delay which are caused by the receiving demodulated correctly phenomenon and can be synchronized complex chaotic systems with different structures within a limited time and improve communication efficiency.Second, this paper achieve the dislocation synchronization based on single slide mode controller. To eliminate the proportional relationship between the real and image parts, the system characteristic has been analysis in parameters changing process to find a proper time-delays parameter. A new single slide mode controller has been designed, which is combining with active controller and self adaptive slide mode control theory to achieve the dislocation synchronization in time-delays complex chaos system. The single slide mode controller has simple structure, low complexity, high robust characteristic. Through numerical simulation the synchronous controller verify the validity and practicability.Last,this paper research the fractional complex chaos system, which complex parameters has the same the proportional relationship. To eliminate the proportional relationship, this paper introduce the time-delays parts. By designing an appropriate synchronization controller, this paper achieve the synchronization control in fractional complex multi-delay chaotic systems.
