In this paper, Green's function method, multi-polar coordinate and complex function are used to research the scattering of steady SH-wave caused by circular lining, circular cavity near the interface of elastic half- space, at the same time, we consider the effect of crack.First, using the symmetry of scattering of SH-wave ,complex function and multi-polar coordinate method, we constructed a Green's function to solve the problem: displacement field for the elastic half-space possessing circular cavity, lining structure while bearing; Later,we constructed a scattering wave, using the symmetry of scattering of SH-wave,which can satisfy the stress-free condition at the horizontal surface caused by the circular cavity, lining structure is constructed in half space. Through moving coordinate system, expression of scattering which determined by virtue of the boundary condition of circular cavity and lining structure. Then the most important is to constructing the crack. By using the Green's function and"crack-division" method, the crack is divided into several small pieces and applied the corresponding stress at the region where crack will appear which are equal in the quantity but opposite in the direction and then along the whole length of crack to integrating every point, the crack can be made out. While crack and inclusion are both in existent, the expressions of displacement and stress are established. Finally, numerical examples are provided to show the influences of DSCF around the circular cavity or lining structure.
