We have studied the existence of ground state solutions for a class of quasilinear Schr(?)dinger equations in this dissertation.In chapter 2,we list some results about the semilinear elliptic equation-?u =l(u)(3)and under some assumptions on the nonlinear term L(u),equation(3)has ground state solution.In chapter 3,we study the existence of ground state solutions for quasilinear Schr(?)dinger equation as follows-?u-?(u2)u + u = f(u)(4)Under some assumptions on the nonlinear term f(s),by change of variables,the quasi-linear problem(4)was transformed to a semilinear problem(3).Using Ekeland's Vari-ational Principle and Concentration Compactness Principle,we obtain a result about the existence of ground state solutions for quasilinear equations. |
