To effectively improve the soil and enhance slope stability,making the drainage site suitable for rapid vegetation restoration,to improve the surrounding ecological environment to provide theoretical and technical support.In this thesis,the soil pHysical and chemical properties of the surrounding soil,and the number of soil microbes were analyzed in laboratory to study its distribution characteristics.Systematically evaluate the status of soil quality in the dump and surrounding soil.Based on the results of soil quality evaluation,orthogonal experiment was used to improve the soil,screening out the soil improved substrate excellent program and suitable for the growth of drought-resistant plants.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Analysis of the characteristics of the open-pit mine and the surrounding soil:the soil of the dump is alkaline soil,the general plant is difficult to survive;soil capacity is heavy,the water content is relatively small,resulting in soil easy compaction;The low content of soil nutrients has reached the level of extremely deficient.The surrounding soil is relatively good.The soil microbes in the open pit are different in species and quantity.The distribution of the three soil microbes in the soil and the surrounding soil is characterized by the following: Bacteria> actinomycetes> fungi;2.The soil quality evaluation results show that the SQI value of the dump field is0.339 and the SQI value of the surrounding soil is 0.484.According to the weighted and exponential evaluation model,it can be seen that the soil of the dump belongs to a lower level,and the surrounding soil belongs to medium level.3.Selection of improved matrix excellent program: orthogonal test results using the difference and variance analysis,the ground dry weight of the excellent program for the A3B4C4D1,the ground fresh weight of the excellent program A3B4C4D4,the underground fresh weight of the excellent program for the A2B1C4D1,seedling rate excellent program for the A3B2C3D2,plant high excellent program for the A4B2C3D4.Using the comprehensive balance method to get the test program for the A4B2C4D4,that is,A(water retaining agent)20g,B(sheep manure)1.5g,C(straw)140g,D(humic acid)60g.4.Screening results of drought-resistant plants: The results showed that the proline of seven plants showed a decreasing trend under the condition of persistent drought stress and rewatering treatment;malondialdehyde showed an increasing trend;chloropHyll fluorescence parameters F0 increased,Fv,Fv / Fm and Fv / F0 decreased,the amplitude and speed increased with the increase of stress intensity.The change of index was different due to the difference of drought resistance.The order of comprehensive drought resistance of seven plants was obtained by membership function method: Haloxylon ammodendron> Artemisia frigida> Caragana korshinskii> Calligonum indicum> Ammopiptanthus mongolicus> Artemisia capillaris.
