In order to ensure continuous production and operation,enterprises need to store a certain amount of raw materials,and the accumulation of large amounts of raw materials will lead to the formation of large irregular stacking.Large bulk material measurement technology provides the necessary information for the inventory management of related energy enterprises,and has important significance for maintaining safety stocks and reducing inventory costs.Enterprises usually stack up to a hundred hectares of material area,and enterprises need to monitor the inventory and the storage situation in real time,so as to control them.Inventory statistics is an important part of production management in an enterprise.Therefore,the enterprises need a kind of automatic,high precision,high efficiency and low cost heap shape measuring system which is relatively easy to survey and do not disturb the conventional production process of enterprises.In recent years,with the rapid development of UAV technology,its characteristics of automation,convenience and efficiency have become increasingly prominent,and it has also been widely used in the field of Surveying and mapping.In this paper,the UAV low altitude photogrammetry technology theory,the UAV image mapping key technology,and the stack body measurement system scheme are taken as the guidance,and the feasibility analysis of the UAV stacking measurement based on UAV is carried out.Secondly,combined with the needs of project research,a total of five different layout schemes have been designed,and the layout of the image control point has been carried out.The adjustment results of the five layout schemes designed after aerial triangulation encryption operation are analyzed respectively,and the best layout scheme is obtained.The low altitude photogrammetry test of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)is carried out with a coal pile of a power plant in Tongchuan.Through the measurement of the coal mass,the production of the image results of the test area is completed and the plot accuracy is compared and analyzed.Thus,the practicability,efficiency,feasibility and great potential for future development of Aerial Photogrammetry of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Stacking measurement are verified.In this paper,the layout problem of image control points in the middle of a heap shaped body is solved by the layout experiment of the Aerial triangulation image control point.The heap shape irregular data acquisition was generated from point cloud data to establish 3D model based on the characteristics of digital photography technology,to measure the heap shape.According to the UAV stacking measurement analysis and Tongchuan shape measurement feasibility of a coal analysis measuring pile,finally put forward to solve the large batch UAV,digital photogrammetry and inertial navigation technology of body measurement system based on the scheme,with reference value and significance of the research effectively for the future practice.This scheme can be widely applied in land surveying and mapping,land resources and disaster prevention and protection.
