?-?-? quantum dots,as a new type of quantum dots with unique physical and chemical properties, which have attracted much attention of researchers in many research fields. This new type of quantum dots have made rapid progress in recent ten years with the advantages of strong fluorescence signal in near infrared region, high absorption coefficient and good biocompatibility. In this paper,CuInS2/ZnS and AgInS2/ZnS quantum dots were prepared by aqueous synthesis method, and then surface modification, optical properties and fluorescent labeling of QDs were studied.Firstly, aqueous phase CuInS2/ZnS and AgInS2/ZnS QDs with the emission peak from 600 nm to 750 nm were obtained by changing the ratio of Cu:In and Ag:In in precursor. The physical properties such as absorption spectrum, emission spectrum, quantum dot yield, dynamic light scattering analysis and transmission electron microscopy were studied. Then, hyaluronic acid(HA)was used to modify the surface of the prepared quantum dots, making the QDs have specific targeting and biocompatibility.HA-QDs allow targeted imaging of the HepG2 cells and HepG2-bearing mice. The research of this paper showed that ternary aqueous phase quantum dots has stable physicochemical properties in near infrared region, which can be used in biological fluorescence imaging. And it will provide theoretical and practical basis for clinical application.
