Classify Triplophysa stoliczkai and T.crassilabris,T.pseudoscleroptera,T.markehenensis,T.bleekeri and T.sp.that it is closely-related speicies of T.bleekeri by using the molecular systematics and morphology.1.The phylogenetic trees of Cyt b and CO1 indicate that both T.stoliczkai and T.crassilabris are the monophyletic group. It is questionable to dividing them into two species. There is no obvious distinction between T.stoliczkai and T.crassilabris by the systematic study of the morphology of the topotype. Therefore, the synonymy species of T.stoliczkai should be T.crassilabris from my view. The phylogenetic trees of Cyt b and CO1 indicate that T.pseudoscleroptera and T.markehenens are distributed on the same great branch as the two branch.T.bleekeri is in a single great branch.T.sp.which collected from Jinshan River and Anning River are the similar species of T.bleekeri is another great branch. The morphometric study show the same points and different points. There are many similarities between T.pseudoscleroptera and T.markehenensis.For example, the unbranched fin-ray of the dorsal fin at the end of the root is too stiff, the starting point of the dorsal fin is as far forward as the pelvic fin,the end of the pelvic fin achieve or exceed the anus.In addition, they have many differences. For example, the lower jaw of T.pseudoscleroptera seems the spoon, the latter seems the spade. The intestine of T.pseudoscleroptera majorities seems “Z”,the latter seems spiral. The fish blubber of T.pseudoscleroptera is large, the latter is relaticely small. Both of them should be two separate species from my view by the result of phylogenetic trees and morphology. There are many differences between T.bleekeri and T.pseudoscleroptera,T.markehenensis.For example, the former unbranched fin-ray of the dorsal fin at the end of the root is too stiff, the latter two are opposite. The former depth of caudal peduncle along the base of the caudal fin is not changed basically, the latter two decrease gradually. They should be three separate species from my view by the result of phylogenetic trees and morphology. There are many similarities between T.markehenensis and T.sp..Their lower jaws seem the spade.Their intestines seem spiral.Their fish blubbers are relatively small.Theirstarting points of the dorsal fin are as far forward as the starting of the pelvic fin.The end of their pelvic fins achieves or exceeds the anus.In addition, they have many differences. For example, the former unbranched fin-ray of the dorsal fin at the end of the root is too stiff, the latter is opposite. The former depth of caudal peduncle along the base of the caudal fin decreases gradually, the latter is not changed basically. Both of them should be two separate species from my view by the result of phylogenetic trees and morphology. There are many similarities between T.bleekeri and T.sp..For example, the unbranched fin-ray of the dorsal fin at the end of the root is too stiff, the starting point of the dorsal fin is as far forward as the pelvic fin,the depth of caudal peduncle along the base of the caudal fin is not changed basically. There are many differences between T.bleekeri and T.sp..For example, their unbranched fin-ray of the dorsal fin at the end of the root is soft.Their starting points of the dorsal fin are as far forward as the starting of the pelvic fin.Their depth of caudal peduncle along the base of the caudal fin not changed basically. In addition, there are many differences between T.bleekeri and T.sp..For example, the fomer's lower jaw seems the spade, the latter seems the spoon. The former intestine seems “Z”,the latter seems the spoon. The fomer's diameter of fish blubbers has 1 mm,the latter has 5~10 mm.Consequently,Both of them should be two separate species from my view by the result of phylogenetic trees and morphology.T.sp.should be an undescribed species.2.T.sp.which collected from Jinsha River and Anning River is named Triplophysa huidongensis on the basis of the type locality and be described.
