This topic research began in the round bar of notch tip stress and strain analysis,its aim is to crack the matting technology theory,technology and crack is original Wei Qing gansu university of technology with the professor.For example,when manufacture high speed steel tools,under the application of crack technology,more efficient than using saw to cut out a lot.Round bar stock,their tip stress and strain is a three-dimensional elastoplastic problem,strives for the analytical solution is very difficult,people are using the finite element method is used to numerically solve,can say is the main way to solve the notch tip stress and strain finite element method(fem).But the finite element method has certain limitations,for example,near the stress concentration area needs to be divided into relatively dense grid,makes the number of unknown variables and the bandwidth of the overall stiffness matrix become large,making it difficult to solve.By using finite element analysis,the other is often by approximation to calculate the stress and displacement boundary stress results generally poor,and stress concentration occurred right on the border.This paper using numerical method to solve the stress and strain,and boundary integral is compared with the finite element method(fem)try to change,especially in the case of calculation method for improvement,is a kind of beneficial exploration.The method literature originated in the early 1973 W.R zasnicki written in Ohio,the university(Univ Toledo,Ohio)of a PhD thesis,followed by Dai Yi in 1995 has carried on the corresponding research,and write FORTRAN calculation.To be sure,using boundary integral numerical method to solve the stress and strain would be pathological matrix problems,pathological matrix in many engineering problems are encountered,such as in Beidou satellite positioning system and reverse engineering will meet in the process of solving,so the research of crack technique not only has important significance,also has important significance on the common basic theory research.In this paper,based on the above research,the elastoplastic parameters involved in the original problem to check,correct,and improved calculation method,corresponding calculation application of MATLAB language,further shows the problem of pathological matrix characteristics,study the corresponding solution,the calculation result is improved and makes the application of boundary integral progressnumerical method to solve the stress and strain.
