The extraction process is difficult to deal with the biological cyanide main arsenic gold ore oxidation treatment,so popular concern,and for this process is the most important process is the bio oxidation pretreatment.The so-called bio oxidation pretreatment using biological oxidation bacteria slurry of arsenic,sulfur and iron impurity elements such as separation,the separation of the target elements and impurities in the free state in the ore solution,solution to sieve out the cyanide oxidation slag treatment can get gold.The bio oxidation pretreatment study bio chemical reaction process of oxidation tank has multiple directions: you can start from the chemical reaction mechanism analysis,can be analyzed from the material flow,can from the oxidation reduction potential(ORP)impact factor of research.This paper from the alpine oxidation tank gas-liquid mixed phase characteristics of biologic pretreatment in high altitude areas,the establishment of mixed phase fluid dynamics model,relationship characteristics analysis of intake air oxidation tank of gas-liquid mixed phase flow.First of all,through the analysis of the process of pretreatment in alpine area of biological oxidation,puts forward two kinds of ideas to improve the reaction equipment existing biological oxidation pretreatment,The improved oxidation tank equipment is theoretically helpful for the improvement of the industrial production efficiency and the reduction of the production cost.Then,the composition analysis of bio chemical reaction oxidation tank(by slurry and air two-phase mixture),to further establish the oxidation tank gas-liquid mixture density mechanism model,the theoretical groundwork for further research.Finally,based on the GAMBIT software,established a three-dimensional model of oxidation tank equipment,and a fine mesh to simulate,set the boundary conditions for the simulation of real industrial reaction,and the three-dimensional model of oxidation tank equipment imported into the ANSYS software,set up the physical parameters and conditions of numerical simulation of high precision the final flowrelationship of oxidation tank air intake and gas-liquid mixed phase,It provides theoretical support for oxidation pretreatment process and process control optimization.
