Application And Development Of Flow Meter Calibration Vehicle Control System Based On Industrial Wireless Communication

In terms of data rate and transmission stability,industrial wireless communication technology gradually becomes another hotspot compared with the cable after fieldbus in the field of industry.In particular,it is suitable for mobile devices,large geographic communication and physical conditions.In this paper,the development and application of the flow meter calibration system based on industrial wireless communication is studied.And wireless control of current meter calibration system is realized through the research of industrial wireless communication.On this basis,the verification data processing and verification results output are complete by verification personnel in the control room,the management of the current meter is realized by remote management.This paper introduces the control system of current meter by the vehicle speed control,the flow rate signal acquisition and the flow meter suspension and flip control.According to the environment and moving characteristics of the flow meter calibration system,a wireless communication scheme with three layers of distributed network structure is presented,wireless network from the construction of wireless network,the configuration of wireless network parameters,the debugging and running of wireless communication,the analysis of wireless communication results and the security measures of wireless communication are constructed.On the basis of the construction of wireless communication,the paper puts forward the overall scheme of the software design,develops monitoring interface,set the corresponding function of flow meter calibration system based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the software design.According to the need of the verification data processing,the paper puts forward the verification data processing scheme,and gives the function relation between the speed and rotation rate of the current meter.According to the verification data processing scheme,by comparing based on OPC and Excel real-time data processing and based on VBS and Excel realtime data processing,the specific data processing is realized by WinCC.And the WinCC user archive is used to realize the data processing.Finally,in order to realize the remote access function,the system introduces the flow meter calibration system remote access from the WinCC Web Navigator communication,WinCC Web Navigator remote access to achieve two aspects.And allows management users to access the WinCC configuration project anywhere they can connect to the Internet.
