Real-time transmission of emergency evacuation information is an important part of landslide monitoring system in Wireless Sensor Networks.According to the composition of personnel characteristics,action ability and social relations in landslide area,the formation of Responsibility Network(RN)which improve timeliness of transmission of emergency evacuation message,reliability and awareness rate is an important step to reduce the disaster casualties of the residents in addition to the existing broadcast notification.With the most common mobile phone as the main network information dissemination tools in RN,constructing the Real-time Emergency Evacuation Information Dissemination(REEID)model according to the movement characteristics of mobile phone holders to solve the problem of information island caused by the loss of contact in emergency evacuation information broadcast.There is a complex relationship between residents.In order to quantify the responsibility,the search process of Differential Evolution(DE)algorithm and Simulated Annealing(SA)algorithm are improved to assess the weights of relationship among people and communications against to responsibility.The people who are allocated to spread information are appointed according to comparing the weights of comprehensive influence.Considering the influence of propagation distance caused by the personnel mobility on propagation probability,the Responsibility Decline(RD)effect caused by movement is added in REEID model.Comparison of the improved DE and SA in the search of influence weights of objective factors shows that DE has small randomness,stronger stability and gets better solutions than SA,meanwhile,the relationship attributes and face-to-face communication have more effect on the responsibility than others.Considering the factors including responsibility and distance according to REEID,the simulations of one-to-many and manyto-many emergency information dissemination process are performed within the 100 meters.The averaged awareness rate is 90.3%,and the maximum awareness rate is 97.8%.RN and REEID which are also able to be applied in other natural disasters such as fire,mud-rock flow have the research value in the long term.
