The purpose of this paper is to study the equivalent stiffness of the rectangular convex concave plate.The main type of the concave plate is the rectangular convex convex plate and the rectangular convex convex plate with variable cross section.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,The bending equation of small deflection of orthotropic plate is mainly based on Kirchhoff' theory,Application of Navier classical method to solve the bending problem of simply supported orthotropic rectangular thin plate under concentrated load.Using ANSYS finite element software to simulate the small deflection bending problem of the rectangular convex concave plate under different constraint loads,The bending stiffness D1,D2 and D3 the torsional stiffness of the rectangular convex concave plate are obtained by the deflection value,It is concluded that the main stiffness of the convex convex plate is determined by its material parameters and geometric parameters.By using the control variable method,the main stiffness and the material parameters and the single formula of the parameter of the material and the geometry parameters of the convex concave convex plate of the rectangle are simulated,And then a single formula will be assembled into a rectangular convex concave convex plate main stiffness of the overall formula.The relation between the main stiffness of the concave convex plate and the main stiffness of the plate is studied,and the relationship between the two is derived.The correctness of the main stiffness formula of the rectangular convex concave plate is verified by establishing a new model.Lastly,The natural vibration characteristics of the rectangular convex concave plate are studied.The mode function of the rectangular convex concave plate is taken as the triangular series,The first six order natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the concave convex plates were calculated by using the free vibration theory of the four sided rectangular thin plate.The modal analysis of rectangular convex concave and convex plates is carried out to obtain the first sixorder natural frequencies and their corresponding vibration modes by using ANSYS finite element software.The correctness of the main stiffness formula of the rectangular convex concave plate is verified by comparing the first six natural frequencies obtained by the two methods.
