Project site selection is a key link in the process of government planning work.GISbased site selection is a comprehensive analysis of multiple data based on a large amount of spatial geographic information,and is one of the demonstration applications of “smart city”.In this research,the overall structure and the algorithm of the project site selection comprehensive decision-making system are analyzed.Taking the GIS site selection of Funing as the research object,the site selection model,site selection data processing and GIS comprehensive analysis are studied.This research introduced the basic principle of location and common location model,comparison of genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm,artificial neural network algorithm and GIS spatial overlay algorithm characteristics and Application.According to the characteristics of the project site selection of GIS in Funing,this research designed the whole process of GIS spatial overlay model.Taking characteristics of the planning data into consideration,the database contents and database construction principles are determined,and the database of site selection system is constructed.Database tables are designed,and the process of database storage and the key issues that need to be paid attention to are introduced.According to the requirement of software function of Funing project site selection,this paper described the hardware and software environment and system development flow of the system,and introduces the interface,function menu and various auxiliary tools of the system,and shows in detail some GIS functions implemented by the system.Weighted superposition of spatial analysis algorithm is used to calculate the best location of Zhengda International Shopping Center.Quantitative indicators and fuzzy overlay spatial analysis algorithm are used to calculate the optimal location of the core area of town development.The examples verified the feasibility and applicability of GIS site selection system in Funing.
