We studied the performance of the spontaneous radiation spectrum in the coupled quantum well.They presented some interesting physical phenomena.These physical phenomena are due to quantum interference competition between the channels.We can make some works easier in the semiconductor quantum well,The research of spontaneous radiation spectrum in the coupled quantum well can also possible to realize people's wishes,such as spectrum become narrow,the enhancement of spectrum,laser without inversion of amplification and so on.In this paper,we gave two different modes of semiconductor quantum well to study the spontaneous radiation spectrum which generate from the interaction of light and medium.First of all,we analyzed the triangle type semiconductor with driving field,through changing the frequency of it and the intensity.We can know they have important influence on the spectrum.Generally,we use probability method to solve the analytic expression,in addition,plugging in the specified parameters and analyze the logical expressions,we can obtain the reason of Fluorescence quenching.By using MATLAB software to drawing the images,and adjusted parameters,then we can see some interesting physical phenomena as extremely narrow lines and fluorescence quenching point,and the reinforce of the spectrum,the result of these researches told us the existence of quantum interference phenomenon.Next,we studied the phenomenon of spontaneous emission spectrum in the Y type of five level of semiconductor quantum well.It has interesting phenomenon as before,we found that the frequency of the driving field detuning can change the position of the quenching point and spectral line intensity.The reasons for these phenomena are attributed to the quantum interference between the transition channel competition issues.We can use dressed state to explain the reason of spectrum well.On the other hand,the strength of the field changed the distance between the spectral peaks.Finally,we also analyzed the influence of the initial probability on line.In conclusion,we can get that it is easier to obtain the spontaneous emission spectrum in the semiconductor quantum well,we also can be very good control the sub-band quantum well and the transition between the conduction band or transition in the sub-band.It is convenient to research spectrum in theoretic,we can artificially set the required level which we need.So it has more practical value than the study in atomic system.
