The classical reliability test design method requires the sufficient test sample to reduce the two types of risks and increase the reliability of the test,but how to design the reliability test becomes a problem of the classical reliability test design under the limited resources and multisource information.In this paper,based on the Bayes basic theory and the information fusion method,the overall cost of the test is the objective function and under the condition of meeting the constraints of risks and confidence,system reliability test design was studied.Firstly,the information fusion method is studied and the system reliability test design model based on information fusion is proposed.SRTM describes the system reliability parameters of the statistical hypothesis,the system structure function and the test information of subsystems and systems.Also,SRTM gives the definition of two types of risks.Based on the understanding of the system structure hypothesis and the prior information,the information fusion method of the same level and cross level is proposed.Finally,SRTM is built based on the objective function and the constraints and the solution steps of SRTM is given.Secondly,aiming at the binomial subsystem and the exponential subsystem,series system reliability test design model based on information fusion is established.Based on the theory of SRTM and the series system structure function,SRTM-S shows the process of information fusion of the SRTM-S of binomial subsystems and the SRTM-S of exponential subsystems.Based on the average risk criterion,the calculation formula of two types of risks of SRTM-S-B and SRTM-S-E.In the view of the constraint of confidence level,the minimum test sample size of SRTM-S-B and the minimum test time of SRTM-S-E are determined.Considering the constraint of environment,the decision inequality of test termination is given and the acceptable failure number of SRTM-S-P is determined.The concrete steps of solving SRTM-S are given and the validity of the method is verified by examples.Then,aiming at the problem of parallel system reliability test design,parallel system reliability test design model based on information fusion is established.Based on the theory of SRTM and the parallel system structure function,SRTM-P shows the process of information fusion of the SRTM-P of binomial subsystems and the SRTM-P of exponential subsystems.The rest model is similar to SRTM-S.Finally,two examples are used to verify the effectiveness of SRTM-P-B and SRTM-P-E.At last,aiming at the problem of compound system reliability test design,compound system reliability test design model based on information fusion(SRTM-C)is established.The reliability structure function of the compound system can be replaced by the minimal path and the cut set,and the key subsystems can be found to reduce the complexity of the algorithm.Aiming at the SRTM-C of binomial subsystem and the SRTM-C exponential subsystem,SRTM-C-B and SRTM-C-E are established and the two examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.
